1. About these terms
These Terms apply to nagym.store, accounts, product reviews and purchases from NAGYM. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law rights.
2. Business contact
The store is operated under the public trading identity NAGYM from Australia. Contact: contact@nagym.store.
3. Age and authority
You must be at least 15 to create an account, join marketing, submit an athlete application or leave a review. If you are 15 to 17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. To place an order, you must be legally able to enter the transaction or have an authorised adult place it.
4. Products, availability and sizing
Product colours can vary slightly between screens and physical items. Sizing guidance is general and product-specific measurements should be considered where provided. Availability is checked against Shopify and may change before checkout. Adding an item to a bag does not reserve it.
5. Prices, shipping and international charges
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Mandatory charges known to NAGYM will be displayed or explained before payment. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Australian orders receive the domestic shipping terms shown on the store, including free Australian shipping over $100 where offered.
NAGYM ships worldwide where checkout accepts the destination. International customers are responsible for international shipping charges and any import duty, customs fee, tax or carrier charge imposed by the destination, unless checkout expressly says NAGYM will pay it. If an international shipping cost is too high, do not complete payment.
6. Orders and payment
Checkout and payment are completed through Shopify and its available payment providers. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued and payment is authorised. NAGYM may cancel or refund an order affected by stock errors, suspected fraud, an invalid destination or an obvious pricing error. We will contact you using the order details provided.
7. Promotions
Promotion eligibility, dates and exclusions will be stated with the offer. Discounts do not combine unless the checkout and the specific offer expressly allow combination. A proposed or “coming soon” benefit is not active until NAGYM confirms it.
8. Reviews and acceptable use
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the relevant product or service. Do not submit fabricated reviews, spam, harassment, unlawful content, private information or material owned by someone else. Anonymous reviews require control of the supplied email address. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these rules, but we do not alter a review merely because it is critical.
9. Accounts
Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict an account used for fraud, abuse or material breaches of these Terms.
10. Returns and consumer guarantees
The Refund Policy applies to returns and refunds. Consumer guarantees and other non-excludable rights continue to apply.
11. Intellectual property
Site code, branding, text and media may be used only where owned by NAGYM, licensed to NAGYM or otherwise lawfully permitted. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit site content without permission or another lawful basis. Please report a rights concern to contact@nagym.store.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAGYM is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. We do not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Internet and third-party services can sometimes be unavailable.
13. Law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable Australian law and the law of the relevant Australian State or Territory, without removing mandatory rights available in your country. We may update these Terms prospectively; the current date will appear above.
